A Certified Life Coach, as well as a member of the International Coach Federation, Anne's business background includes 25 years as a federal employee working for the Departments of Defense and Agriculture. Starting as a Community Programs Coordinator, Anne moved into Human Resources and then Training. She was selected to complete an intensive, month long course on Quality Management and Process Improvement. After becoming a certified Trainer and Facilitator in 1992, she was caught by the training bug and never looked back. Leadership Development became her specialty after joining USDA, and it was there that she experienced the payoff from leadership development complimented with coaching. S. “Kya” Supers
is the Founding Director of Wise
Women Foundation, a service organization dedicated to advancing
women in the healing-arts and related mind, body, spirit businesses. Her
interest in community action and organization began at age 12 when she
started her first non-profit organization in her home-town of New
Philadelphia, Ohio.
After graduating from Bowling Green State University with a
degree in Interpersonal Communications she went on to pursue her career
in marketing consulting with notable clients including Bath & Body
Works, Discovery Networks, Capital University of Integrative Medicine
and Pathways Magazine.
Kya
relocated to Washington, DC in 2002 and shortly thereafter pursued her
dream of establishing the Wise Women Foundation—a community of women
that live from their wisdom whether personally or professionally.
Through this organization she developed the Wise
Women Web network of healing-arts professionals; she coordinates and
facilitates networking programs, marketing and business development
programs, Leadership Summits, Women's Retreats and produces the Wise
